                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO AMEND CERTAIN CONDITIONS IN ORDINANCE NO.
                   8455 ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1341 BURGESS
                   ROAD, BEING AT THE END OF BURGESS ROAD
                   NORTHEAST OF OAK BURR DRIVE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended as follows:
               
                A tract of land located at 1341 Burgess Road, being
                at the end of Burgess Road northeast of Oak Burr
                Drive.  Part of Tract 2, W.T. Burgess Property, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 40, page 17,
                ROHC; being part of the property described in deed
                book 3077, page 45, ROHC.  Said part of tract
                begins on the northwest line of Burgess Road some
                570 feet northeast of the intersection of the
                northwest line of Burgess Road with the northeast
                line of Oak Burr Drive, thence northeast 130 feet,
                thence southeast 210 feet, thence southwest 210
                feet, thence northwest 210 feet, thence northeast
                45 feet to the southeast line of Burgess Road,
                thence continuing northeast 35 feet to the
                northwest line of Burgess Road, the point of
                beginning.  Tax Map No. 135-29 (part).
               
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall be subject to the following conditions:

              	   1.	Subject to use only as a restaurant, winery and
              	   	related liquor store.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
